Make sure the IRCD is loaded in your CD-ROM, or copy the IRCD's "../PPT"
directory to your hard drive.
Open Microsoft PowerPoint from within your MS Office program, this can be
accessed usually by going to the:
- START MENU > Programs > MS Office 2000 > PowerPoint 2000 (or it
might be MS Office 2002 or 2003, of course).
Once the PowerPoint application is open, click "Open File" or
"File > Open" and then browse to your CD-ROM folder and then double click
on the "PPT" directory in the IRCD, and all the PPT files are in there
(or wherever you copied the PPT slides to if you copied them to your hard
drive).
Once the file is open you can print normally, the entire slideshow or one at
a time or however many you want.
If you do NOT have MS PowerPoint:
- Open up INTERNET EXPLORER.
- Right-click on the CD drive and select "Explore" and then double click on
the "PPT" directory.
- Drag-and-Drop any PPT file into the Internet Explorer Window.
You can now print through Internet Explorer as the PPT slides will open up
in there and you can Print from the menu: "File> Print"
Note: If you are not able to open PPT slides from WITHIN Internet Explorer,
download the PowerPoint Viewer:
